Choose primary conversions, maximum CPA, minimum spend, conversion-lag buffer, brand terms and protected terms.
CutCPA watches Google Ads Search terms against your own CPA and spend rules, shows the exact visible spend that meets them, and never changes the account until you approve an exact negative.
| Search term | Spend | Conv. | Rule met | Action |
|---|---|---|---|---|
✓plumber jobs near me | $118.40 | 0 | 0 conv · ≥ $75 | Exact negative |
✓free plumbing estimate template | $96.10 | 0 | 0 conv · ≥ $75 | Exact negative |
✓how to fix leaking faucet yourself | $80.75 | 0 | 0 conv · ≥ $75 | Exact negative |
emergency plumber cost | $142.20 | 1 | CPA $142 > max $90 | Review |
A one-time cleanup is useful. CutCPA is designed for the part that keeps returning: new queries, new matching behavior and new spend that crosses the rules you already set.

See which visible search terms meet your policy, exactly how much spend they represent and what coverage Google exposed.
CutCPA keeps rebuilding the review as new Search data arrives, so search-term hygiene does not depend on someone remembering a monthly cleanup.
That is the tradeoff. Exact negatives are intentionally narrow because they limit blast radius. Google can surface a related variant later, and CutCPA should show that new variant rather than pretending one block solved an entire intent category.
The beta workflow is being built to group related intent for review while still writing exact negatives one by one. That lets the operator make one conceptual decision with visibility into sibling searches without giving the tool phrase-level authority over the account.
Phrase and broad negative automation are not part of v1. The conservative write surface is deliberate, not an accident.
The statement is the durable artifact: what CutCPA saw, what crossed the policy, what was approved and what the account evidence suggests those decisions were worth.
Account access is the highest-friction part of this product, so the boundary should be obvious before anyone connects.
These are founding beta prices, not a promise that pricing stays here forever. The goal right now is to prove the recurring watch and statement with real accounts.
For one advertiser that wants the search-term watch handled without another full PPC platform.
For lean teams testing the workflow across several client accounts.
Request beta access with four fields. For suitable Search accounts, the first goal is a real Cutlist before asking you to commit to another software subscription.
No. The first Cutlist is the onboarding proof. The subscription value is the recurring watch: rebuilding the review as new Search terms arrive and producing a repeatable weekly statement.
Exact negatives keep the write surface narrow and reduce the risk of unintentionally blocking useful intent. That means related variants can appear later. CutCPA is being built to group related intent for review while keeping individual writes exact in v1.
No. Exact negatives require explicit confirmation. CutCPA v1 does not change bids, budgets, bidding strategies, campaign status or creative.
No. Google Ads Search Terms reporting can omit some queries. CutCPA shows coverage and describes spend as visible eligible search-term spend rather than claiming account-total waste.
Yes. You can revoke CutCPA’s Google access through your Google Account permissions. You can also request deletion of stored account data under the Privacy Policy.
Yes. Agencies are a secondary beta audience, with a founding plan for up to 10 accounts while the recurring workflow and statement are being validated.
