Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 5, 2026

CutCPA is a software service that helps authorized Google Ads users analyze search-term and campaign performance and, after explicit confirmation, apply exact-match negative keywords.

Information we collect

When you use CutCPA, we may collect account information you provide directly, Google OAuth authorization information, identifiers for Google Ads accounts you choose to connect, and advertising reporting data required to provide the service. This may include search terms, keywords, campaigns, ad groups, spend, clicks, impressions, conversions, conversion values and related reporting fields.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate you, retrieve and cache authorized Google Ads data, evaluate data against your configured cut policy, generate Cutlists and statements, execute exact-negative keyword actions you explicitly approve, secure the service, diagnose failures, and provide support.

Google user data

CutCPA requests access to Google data only to provide the features described above. Use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Sharing and sale of data

We do not sell Google Ads account data or personal information. We may use infrastructure and service providers necessary to operate CutCPA, such as hosting, database and payment providers, subject to appropriate safeguards. We may disclose information when required by law.

Data retention and deletion

We retain connected-account data only for as long as needed to operate the service, maintain required audit records, satisfy legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Users may request disconnection and deletion of stored account data by contacting us. OAuth credentials are revoked or deleted when a connection is removed, subject to technical and legal requirements.

Security

CutCPA is designed to encrypt sensitive OAuth credentials, separate customer data by account, restrict write actions, and avoid exposing credentials in application logs. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may revoke CutCPA's Google access at any time through your Google Account permissions. You may also contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information associated with your CutCPA account.
